The UpLyft Difference
Wraparound support that meets youth where they are.
A youth in our Career program may also be in Housing and Community Building at the same time. We don't hand off. We don't refer out. We walk with them - for as long as it takes.
Why we exist
Growing up in foster care helped me gain stability, but it also proved to be one of the loneliest seasons of my adolescence. Creating community in these spaces means cultivating hope. UpLyft exists so no youth has to walk this path alone.
